Class Variety
We run a range of classes designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep training interesting.
There’s something here for every level.
Boxing Classes
Our unique boxing classes teach the fundamentals and basic technique of the sweet science of Boxing. Whether you are new to boxing or have experience, we make sure participants learn the movements to reduce risk of injury while improving cardiovascular endurance, full-body strength, cognitive ability and balance. The BOXiT Fit class is 8 rounds of boxing with a warmup at the beginning and core-burning exercises to finish. The BOXiT Strength is a combination of six or seven rounds of boxing and resistance training with weights and kettlebells.
Strength + Power
With an emphasis on correct form, this class focuses on building strength and power by lifting heavy weight, intentionally.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training at BOXiT uses all the equipment in the studio while building cardiovascular fitness and strength. Get fit with Bend’s best HIIT circuit.
Junior BOXiT
Kids are a part of the BOXiT brand! We offer kids’ boxing fitness classes twice a week almost year-round. See why kids love Junior Boxit! For ages 7-13.
Stretch + Mobility
Stretch and mobility class combines stability, flexibility and strength to help you release tension and improve your range of motion.
Private Training
Private sessions do wonders for your health and wellness goals. We meet you where you’re at, and design workouts for you.
Cycle Class
Our high energy cycle class is a great cardio challenge with intervals, hills and sprints to build your leg strength and aerobic capacity. Only high energy music allowed in these classes!
